Troester replaces former Oceania BU Manager Scott Fraser who, after 14 years over the region has been promoted to SALTO Asia Pacific President.
As BU Manager of SALTO Oceania, Troester oversees Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the Pacific Islands. SALTO Oceania has grown to more than 40 employees consisting of sales, technical support, marketing, customer service, and finance personnel. The Oceania team works to ensure SALTO partners and clients in the region get the most from their SALTO relationships.
Troester has a wealth of experience in both operations and commercial roles, serving most recently as Head of Business Unit-Storage Automation for Headland Machinery. He also served for nine years in leadership roles for Bosch Singapore and Bosch Australia.
