Salto Systems' management is committed to ensuring that human rights and decent working conditions are upheld at our company and in our supply chain.
This includes incorporating due diligence into our supply chain and procurement practices to promote collaboration with third parties and make a positive impact on people. Our suppliers and contractual partners shall respect basic human rights, labor rights and environmental requirements.
We will identify those suppliers that raise concerns by obtaining a statement from them in relation to the risk areas covered by the Transparency Act. In these cases, suppliers must accept and sign Salto Systems' ethical standard for suppliers/partners. The standard includes requirements for working conditions, human rights, wages, forced labor and freedom of association. This work will be a continuous process where we can identify potential risks, clarify whether they are real and, if necessary, work to reduce or eliminate possible harm. Those who cannot rectify the situation will no longer be a Salto supplier.
The management of Salto Systems is responsible for compliance with the Transparency Act.
