We’ve been working diligently to support Oracle in ensuring that a full integration between SALTO smart access control and Oracle Hotel Property Management System (PMS) solutions offers a seamless and secure smart-locking experience while speeding up the check-in process and simplifying hotel management tasks for all sizes and types of hotels. The integration is designed to provide an optimal guest experience and the best utilization of the hotel's guest rooms, suites, back-of-house operations, and meeting space infrastructure.
Specifically, the Salto-Oracle integration enables the following:
- Guest room-oriented keycard generation upon check-in performed on Oracle Hospitality Suite8 PMS and Opera PMS
- Keycards disabled upon check-out performed on Oracle Hospitality Suite8 PMS and Opera PMS
- Reading of guest keycards from Oracle Hospitality Suite8 PMS and Opera PMS
- Unique keycard ID sent back to Oracle Hospitality Suite8 PMS and Opera PMS upon keycard generation
