SALTO WECOSYSTEM is proud to announce a strategic investment that propels Vintia’s innovation forward, expanding its capabilities through the acquisition of Tactics.
Vintia, a leading provider of all-in-one software management for every segment of the attractions and leisure industry, including solutions for local governments, has announced the acquisition of Belgian software specialist Tactics. This strategic move expands Vintia’s offering with a specialised cloud platform designed to enhance the management of municipality-run sports, youth, and cultural activities.
“This acquisition strengthens our portfolio with a cloud platform that aligns perfectly with our shared purpose to support local governments more effectively and efficiently,” said Vintia Chief Executive Officer Valerie Morel.
Taco Orens, Chief Executive Officer of Tactics, agreed, adding, “Tactics’ Luwio platform, developed from the operational realities of municipalities, has proven to be a robust solution for leisure management. Joining Vintia enables us to enhance the platform’s capabilities, accelerate technological advancements, and extend its reach.”
As part of SALTO WECOSYSTEM, Vintia develops scalable and comprehensive ticketing, booking, management, and payment solutions that increase operational efficiency, security, and revenue by optimising visitor experiences. Founded in Belgium, Vintia elevates ticketing and booking experiences for the leisure and attractions industry through innovative solutions.
Tactics, a team based in Kapellen, Belgium, brings over 25 years of experience in delivering digital solutions tailored to local governments. With a strong track record in helping cities and municipalities digitise and optimise their services, Tactics has focused recent efforts on its product-oriented platform, Luwio. This cloud-based platform specialises in supporting local governments with the management and optimisation of sports, youth, culture, and childcare services.
The market for local government software is evolving rapidly, challenged by increasing regulations, heightened demand for digital services, and the necessity for more efficient leisure activity management. Despite these challenges, the market remains fragmented. By acquiring Tactics, Vintia aims to consolidate its market position and offer scalable, future-ready software solutions that address these complexities.
“The combined expertise of Vintia and Tactics creates a powerful partnership that delivers innovation, continuity, and user-friendly digital services to local governments. Customers will benefit from an integrated, scalable platform that addresses today’s needs and equips them for future challenges,” she said.
