SALTO WECOSYSTEM, a global pioneer in smart access technology, today announced the appointment of five global industry leads to further accelerate growth and strengthen its market leadership across key sectors.
The new roles are part of a broader strategic initiative to deepen SALTO WECOSYSTEM’s industry focus and reinforce the combined market position of its leading brands, Gantner and Salto, by aligning solutions more closely with the unique needs of customers and partners in high-growth verticals.
The following leaders have been named to the newly created positions:
- Noelia Gonzalez, Global Industry Lead, Hospitality: Gonzalez joined Salto in March 2024 as global accounts lead for hospitality and marine. Based in Florida, she spearheads the group’s strategy in the hospitality sector, driving the adoption of advanced access and guest experience technologies.
- David Niederer, Global Industry Lead, Fitness: A member of the Gantner team for more than nine years, Niederer has served as vertical sales director for fitness solutions. Based in Austria, he focuses on expanding the group's leadership in access and locker system innovations for the global fitness industry.
- Jorge Gutierrez, Global Industry Lead, Workspaces: Gutierrez, who will be based in San Sebastian, brings extensive experience in workplace technology. He guides the group’s strategy for modern workplace solutions.
- Elisabet Eizaguirre, Global Industry Lead, Retail / Stadiums / Healthcare: Eizaguirre joined Salto one year ago as a global industry developer. She focuses on strengthening the group's presence and expanding its solution portfolio across the rapidly evolving industries of retail, stadiums, and healthcare.
- Michael Johansen, Global Industry Lead, Critical Infrastructure: Johansen joined Salto in November 2025. Based in Denmark, he focuses on strengthening the company’s position across the critical infrastructure sector by identifying and developing global market opportunities, supporting regional teams, and building strategic partnerships.
