IDEA Spaces was born in 2014, with the opening of its first location in Parque das Nações. Facing a market full of digital nomads and companies looking for new and more flexible working space solutions – with lower costs and meeting the demands of their talents – in 2017 it opened its second space at Sotto Mayor Palace (Picoas).

IDEA Spaces-Saldanha is the latest location of the IDEA Spaces network and includes 5,000m2 of space, 12 floors, more than 34 private offices, and a capacity for 500 workstations. The facility also has 18 meeting and event rooms, a private cinema, and an 800m2 terrace (where a swimming pool will be built), private parking, countless phone booths, two lounge floors, and a coffee shop.
