Add electronic locking and access control to the Mews Hospitality management cloud PMS with Salto Systems. The Mews-Salto integration supports key delivery commands and both physical guest key cards and digital keys (via Salto’s JustIN Mobile application). When a system operator triggers a new key creation either via the PMS (Mews Web app) or via the Mews Kiosk, a key encoding command is created and the Mews Connector application receives this new command notification.

The web app in which a user can trigger a key creation is purely a staff app, whereas the Kiosk on which a user can also trigger a key creation has two modes: one purely for guests with a reservation, and a co-op mode where a staff member goes through the check-in flow together with the guest.
