Salto, a global leader in smart access control, has integrated its Space platform with FCS Solutions’ FCS1 Hospitality Operations Platform. This integration enables hotels to digitize housekeeping staff operations by giving keyless room access, improving security, efficiency, and accountability.
With this integration, Room Attendants can unlock assigned guestrooms through the FCS1 mobile app once a Cleaning Order is initiated. Access is granted only for the specific room and task, ensuring staff enter only the rooms they are scheduled to service. Replacing master keys with digital access provides hotels with a clear audit trail.
