Eettiset periaatteet
Toimintaohjeet ovat eettisen yrityskulttuurimme perusta.
Määrittelee ja kehittää periaatteet, joiden tulee hallita ja ohjata toimintaamme ja kaikkien tiimiemme toimia siten, että nämä toimet ovat organisaation arvojen mukaisia.

Osana sääntöjen noudattamiseen ja liiketoiminnan eettisyyteen perustuvaa kulttuuriamme olemme ottaneet käyttöön sisäisen raportointijärjestelmän rikkomuksille. Tämän tavoitteena on tarjota Salto Groupille tehokkaita työkaluja ja menettelytapoja, joiden avulla voidaan ilmoittaa, havaita, valvoa ja seurata mahdollisia rikkomuksia tai sääntöjen laiminlyömistä. Tähän järjestelmään on integroitu myös eettiset ilmoituskanavamme.

Nor are they a channel for complaints or discrepancies that may arise on a day-to-day basis. For these issues, SALTO WECOSYSTEM has other channels of communication.
