Ethical Channels

As part of our culture of compliance and business ethics, we have implemented an internal reporting system for violations, which seeks to provide Salto Group with effective tools and procedures to enable the communication, detection, control and monitoring of potential violations or non-compliance. Within the framework of this system our Ethical Channels are integrated.

The Ethical Channels are the communication channels that may be set up from time to time within the framework of SALTO WECOSYSTEM's Internal Reporting System to enable the notification of certain breaches in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.

This channel allows you to communicate with guarantees of confidentiality and even anonymity.

In addition, it is possible that, in application of existing legislation in some of the markets in which we operate, we may approve the creation of Ethical Channels in some subsidiaries of SALTO WECOSYSTEM (always integrated within our Internal Reporting System). You can consult at any time the Ethical Channels that make up SALTO WECOSYSTEM's Internal Reporting System, as well as the people responsible for their management here.

Please use the Channels responsibly. Use them in good faith and to report infringements that fall within their scope of application (which you can consult both in the Policy and in the Procedure). By way of example, please remember that the Ethical Channels are not a way to manage commercial queries or claims. Nor are they a channel for complaints or discrepancies that may arise on a day-to-day basis. For these issues, SALTO WECOSYSTEM has other channels of communication.
