XS4 Sense

The XS4 Sense wire-free multisensor is a battery-powered Passive Infrared (PIR) device designed to detect motion and determine room occupancy. When the sensor detects movement, it assesses whether the room is occupied and implements an automated energy management model. This model wirelessly controls lighting and air conditioning based on real-time data from the sensor. 

These smart sensors send commands to the XS4 Sense Controller and switching devices, automatically turning systems ON or OFF, as needed. This results in a solution that provides energy savings and sustainability, improved control, and easy installation.

The XS4 Sense door and window sensors are designed for easy installation on any surface, ensuring reliable wireless communication with the main controller. By detecting when doors and/or windows are opened or closed, these sensors help trigger various scenarios to assess room status and activate energy-saving modes. 

These standalone, battery-powered sensors offer simple setup and operational flexibility, making the installation process hassle-free and enabling seamless integration into the XS4 Sense energy management and control system. 

The XS4 Sense Controller is the central device designed to manage energy consumption within a room efficiently. Connected directly to the main power supply, it communicates seamlessly with both the multisensor and door/window sensors to implement intelligent energy-saving scenarios. 

Featuring a DIN rail mounted design, the XS4 Sense controller enhances energy management by automatically switching off power to air conditioning and lighting when the room is unoccupied – effectively eliminating wasted energy.
