1. UK Conditions
Prices are ex. VAT. Prices are DDP.
3. Canada Conditions
Prices are EXW Vaudreuil-Dorion.
5. Australia Conditions
Prices are ex. GST and transport.
For all the Purchasers located in Australia, the Products shall be delivered in accordance with the rules and regulations laid down in Incoterms 2020 DDP, with the only exception of the freight that will be borne by the Purchaser if the purchase value is under AUD 5,000.
6. New Zealand Conditions
Prices are ex. GST, transport and duties.
For Purchasers located in New Zealand the rules and regulations laid down in Incoterms 2020 DAP, with the only exception of the freight that will be borne by the Purchaser if the purchase value is under NZD 5,000.
7. Swiss Conditions
Preise exkl. MWST und gültig ab FCA Oiartzun / Eschlikon.
8. France Conditions
Prix hors TVA. Prix FCA à partir de la fabrique à Oiartzun.
9. HK Conditions
Prices are ex. VAT. Prices are DDP, with the only exception of the freight that will be borne by the Purchaser if the purchase value is under HKD 15,000.
10. VND Conditions
Prices are Forex, Prices include transport and duty.
11. SGD Conditions
Prices are ex. VAT. Prices are DDP, with the only exception of the freight that will be borne by the Purchaser if the purchase value is under SGD 5,000.
12. Japan Conditions
Prices are ex. VAT. Prices are DDP, with the only exception of the freight that will be borne by the Purchaser if the purchase value is under JPY 500,000.
13. South-Korea Conditions
Prices are ex. VAT. Prices are DDP, with the only exception of the freight that will be borne by the Purchaser if the purchase value is under KRW 4,500,000.
14. Poland Conditions
Prices are ex. VAT. Prices are DDP.
15. Thailand Conditions
Prices are FCA Oiartzun.
16. Indonesia Conditions
Prices are FCA Oiartzun.
17. Phillipine Conditions
Prices are FCA Oiartzun.
18. Malaysia Conditions
Prices are FCA Oiartzun.
19. Macau Conditions
Prices are ex. VAT. Prices are DAP, with the only exception of the freight that will be borne by the Purchaser if the purchase value is under HKD 15,000.
20. Taiwan Conditions
Prices are ex. VAT. Prices are DDP, with the only exception of the freight that will be borne by the Purchaser if the purchase value is under TWD 55,000.
21. Belgium Conditions
Given the supplementary nature of the provisions of Article 6.3, §2 Book 6 of the Civil Code under Belgian law, the concurrence between contractual claims against Salto and non-contractual claims against Salto's Auxiliaries (as this term is defined below) is explicitly excluded.
In concrete terms, if at any time the Purchaser considers itself to be an aggrieved party or if it believes it has suffered damage as a result of or in connection with the performance of the agreement, it will only be able to hold the company Salto, (the company with which it has contracted), contractually liable and it will not be able to hold liable any Auxiliary Persons at any time for alleged errors.
This article does not affect the legal provisions of public order or mandatory law. The Auxiliary Persons may, as third-party beneficiaries, invoke the clauses of this article.
*For the purposes of this article, “Auxiliary Persons” shall be understood to mean any natural or legal person entrusted by Salto with the total or partial performance of a contractual obligation entered into by Salto, such as employees, directors and similar roles.
