In compliance with the provisions of article 32 of the Act 3/2009, of 3 April, on Structural Changes in Commercial Companies (“SCCCA”), the Joint Draft Terms of merger of Salto Systems, S.L. (as Absorbing Company) and Ringo Technologies, S.L.U. (as Absorbed Company), approved by the directors of both companies on 30 June 2022 is included in this corporate website as of 13 July 2022.
Likewise, in compliance with the provisions of article 39 of SCCCA, the following documentation is also included related to the abovementioned merger by absorption of Salto Systems, S.L. and Ringo Technologies, S.L.U.
